The ground floor features three inviting bedrooms (King, Queen & Bunk Room) a family bathroom, a separate media room, and a beautifully appointed kitchen with Bosch appliances and a walk-in pantry.

The open-plan dining area and dual living spaces flow effortlessly, with one leading to a versatile screened porch, perfect for enjoying the stunning pool and lush garden views.

Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious parents' retreat, complete with a king-size bedroom, ensuite with a relaxing bathtub, walk-in wardrobe, and a private living area that overlooks the serene natural surroundings.
