It was a beautiful resort close to the beach and had quick access to cafes pubs and restaurants. Bus pick up was just across the road. Resort had lots of brochures on what was available. Rooms were lovely and well maintained.

Great location, right on the beach with lovely pools. Walking access to cafes and short stroll to shops.
Service staff are mostly lovely but hard to access during after hours. The phone from the room would not reach them, but if I called using the phone next to reception I could always get hold of them!
When asked for extra shampoo or a sachet of dishwashing powder we were told we should buy our own. This is unexpected when you are paying 300 per night and the first time I came across this reply as a fairly regular traveller.
There is no lift access to higher floors which certainly affects those with disabilities.

Thank you for your review of the resort. We are lucky to be in such a prime position in Trinity Beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and opposite the most stunning beach in North Queensland. This is a quieter area than the other tourist spots and that in itself is a wonderful bonus.
You are correct in that we are only available between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm and after these hours we switch through to our very capable afterhours service. This information is readily available on our website and on information we provide at checkin. We, also need our rest to enable us to manage the resort on a daily basis.
The apartments are self-contained and not serviced on a daily basis. This means the apartments are not like a hotel in the traditional sense. Self-contained means everything is included in the apartments such as full kitchens, so that you may cook and full laundries so that you can do all your own washing. The owner of the apartment provides essential starters such as coffee, sugar, hair shampoo etc but once this complimentary supply is used you will need to replenish with the products of your choice. (There is a notice in the apartment with this information.) This is industry standard in most self-contained apartments.
We do not advertise that we have a lift as guests with mobility issues usually inform us of this before arrival so that we can ensure they are located in our ground floor apartments.

Yes! Lovely location, nice apartment. Great to be able to see the ocean from the balcony. Nearby restaurants had some excellent meals. (Blue Moon Grill & L'unico). Had a great time.

Our unit was great The only thing I would suggest is we needed more than one tea towel! We did buy more and left them in the unit. Great position. Great outlook having the ground floor unit was very helpful

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Sands. accommodation was clean, spacious & very well equipped.The grounds were stunning with beautiful views of the pool, lush gardens & sea. Staff were so friendly, caring & exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to ensure all our needs were taken care of, helping with luggage, booking shuttle bus, phoning when our room was ready, nothing was too much trouble.

A spacious well equipped apartment. Location ideal for the beach,local shops, bars and restaurants and many other activities. A lovely relaxing place to stay with a great pool, very tropical feel about the place and would definately recommend a stay here.

Coral Sands Resort is a lovely place to stay, greatly situated, apartments were well presented and fitted with everything you would need, your home away from home. Only problem is if you need internet connection their WI FI does not work in all apartments due to reception this was a negative for us.
