The lower level is entirely self-contained, featuring a complete kitchen, an additional living area, two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry, and an outdoor area that overlooks the saltwater swimming pool and spa.

Bedrooms
The Master King Bedroom features a private ensuite with shower, plus a private balcony with ocean views. The second queen bedroom and third Twin Bedroom are also located on the upper level with access to the main bathroom.

Downstairs is the fourth queen bedroom with ensuite along with the fifth bedroom which offers a double bed with single bunk.
