Amaroo Resort Trinity Beach Accommodation Style
Amaroo at Trinity Beach boast three distinct styles of holiday accommodation. The first is the spacious self contained Ocean View Family Studio Apartment, perfect for the entire family, which provide one queen and two single beds (including a sofa bed) and two bathrooms. Family Suites are made up of 2 adjacent self-contained studios, one with queen bed, the other twin singles. Sofa bed in each studio to accommodate one extra person in each room (extra charge). The Ocean View family rooms offer spectacular views of both the ocean and Cairns hinterland. Tropical View Family Studio Apartments offer lovely views of the tropical rainforest clad mountains.
The Ocean View Studio and the Tropical View Studio Apartments provide the option of either one queen or two single beds and one bathroom. The Ocean View Studio provides spectacular views of the Coral Sea, whilst the Tropical Studio has amazing views of the tropical mountain backdrop. Amaroo at Trinity Beach has been designed with the tropical climate in mind and all rooms are all light, bright and airy!
Each self contained studio room at the Amaroo at Trinity Beach comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, including fridge, freezer and microwave, a balcony to enjoy the spectacular views and while away the balmy tropical nights, air-conditioning to the lounge and bedrooms with ceiling fans throughout although most guest simply enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes. I loved my holiday at Amaroo. The Apartment was lovely and the couple looking after it were really nice and helpful.
I only have one gripe, in that according to Sun Palm you changed the time for my Pick-Up from the Hotel on Sunday 21 November from 7.30am to 6.15am, however no one notified me. I know it says on the paperwork to confirm, however I arrived on my flight when I should have (without confirming) and Sun Palm was there with a sign to Welcome me, so I presumed that you would have me booked and confirmed to come back when I was booked to come back.
Luckily for me Sun Palm diverted a driver to come and get me, otherwise I would have missed my flight back to Melbourne. I only got to the Airport 5 minutes before my flight was due to close, I was extremely lucky.
Perhaps on the Voucher rather than having "Please confirm your booking at least 24 hours..." you might have something "It is important that you confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to travel, as times may change without notification..."
Apart from that, I loved it and would not hesitate to come back. The booking process was easy. Trinity Beach is beautiful and the supermarket was accessible. They even dropped me back at my hotel after my shopping.
Very good, friendly hosts who were very helpful.
