The wife Judith organized the whole thing. I'm time poor with all the other day to day activities. Though I suspect the truth is a tad lazy as well when it comes to picking up a phone. No bad reports from Judith so I can honestly say you guys must be alright. Judith would have certainly told me if it was the contrary.
Having had experience now with regards to traveling and relying on my own decisions as and when situations arise. More attention on my behalf should have been dedicated to transfers both from and returning to the airport.Wasted money and time due to the fact that I neglected this essential mode of transport? Will definitely be flying again as opposed to the usual drive. So I guess the novice air traveler may not know the questions to ask. Perhaps prompting from you guys may be helpful? The first question I would pose to your potential customers is the status of the person(s) as to whether or not they are regular and familiar with the processes involved or in my case - First timers.No harm done really though consider this, Some people may find it more gratifying and instill more confidence with basic questions put to them that have a mutual self serving interest to both you and the client.
Not a criticism directed at you guys - Just a thought and who knows as I wasn't involved other than participate you may have already done that which I've just suggested.
