Just a short stroll from Clifton Beach this spacious holiday home is ideal for a beach family holiday.

This spacious contemporary home is just one street back from Clifton Beach and is situated at the end of a quiet close. Its interiors have contemporary furniture and décor, gorgeous ceramic wood floors, and a comfortable tropical sophistication throughout.

Four good-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped entertainer's kitchen, a home bar where you can mix your own beverages, and a spacious open-concept living and dining area with a superb indoor/outdoor connection are all included in the practical one-level layout.

The four bedrooms feature two King Master bedrooms each with a private ensuite, plus two Queen Bedrooms - one which also has a single bed and trundle suitable for 2 kids.

In the yard, there is a great kid-friendly cubby house and swings, as well as a nice outdoor gathering space with a serene green backdrop overlooking the pool.

This magnificent house is private, fully air-conditioned, and has three bathrooms and two separate toilets, making it great for larger families.

It's only a short trip to Palm Cove, which offers a large selection of beachfront restaurants and cafés, as well as the local shopping centre with a large grocery, a medical facility, and all other services.

On arrival guests have a complimentary Welcome Pack – including an initial supply of coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, dishwasher powder, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, milk, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, bin liners.

Additional supplies during your holiday are available from the nearby Clifton Beach shops.
