Townhouse on Trinity 2 Accommodation Description

You can park your car on the hard stand to the right of the driveway or place it in the carport at the rear of the townhouse and access the interior via the little terrace out back that leads you to the internal laundry and onto the living room. This carport is especially handy if it happens to be raining.

To enter the Trinity Beach Townhouse you ascend the terracotta stairs to your own spacious private terrace that has a four seater table for those nights you want to get outdoors and take in the balmy tropical evenings.

To enter the Trinity Beach Townhouse itself open the double French doors and immediately you are in the spacious lounge room. Here you have all the mod cons for a beach holiday, 24 inch television with Austar, DVD/CD player, clock radio, a three seater lounge that has linen to accommodate an extra person and two separate chairs all decorated with colorful cushions to blend in with the holiday feel of the whole townhouse.
You can even bring your laptop for wireless connection if you really have to do some work whilst on holiday.

A four seater timber dining setting sits comfortably in the corner just off the well planned kitchen which any family would be happy to have in their own home. A double bowl sink, upright stove and cook top, microwave, plenty of cupboard space and a louvered window that looks into the back garden and brings light into the work area.

Also on the living room entry level you have a guest toilet and a big storage space under the staircase for those holiday extras that you want to keep out of site.

The Trinity Beach Townhouse is air-conditioned in all rooms on both levels and also offers fans in all rooms.

To the right of the lounge entry you ascend the staircase to the master bedroom which is big and spacious. Thru the French double doors is the master bedrooms private terracotta balcony retreat with a couples table and chairs for those intimate moments away from the children. This balcony retreat captures the magnificent views and breezes only the tropics can offer - the perfect Trinity Beach accommodation for your family holiday.

The second bedroom has windows on both sides to bring in the natural light and fresh breezes. In this room you have three single beds two of which are bunk style.
Each of these bedrooms have double wardrobe space, concealed lighting, air conditioning and fans for those tropical nights.

The second bedroom has two way access to the bathroom which it shares with the master bedroom. Single bowl sink and vanity, toilet and step into shower with built in bath.

Location

This Trinity Beach Townhouse is so neat and tidy and only 10-15 minutes walk to the Trinity Beach shops and restaurants. It’s in a great position in a quiet leafy street and so close to everything that Trinity Beach has to offer along with just being a great place to base yourself and your family or friends.
