Cairns Beach Resort Accommodation

The rooms at Cairns Beach Resort are one bedroom and feature either a king sized bed or two single beds, the apartments can sleep up to four people with the usage of a sofa bed. Each apartment includes up to date appliances in the self-catering kitchen and has a separate living area and private balcony. The property is eight years old and most of the rooms have recently undergone or are currently undergoing refurbishment. Business facilities include broadband and wireless internet as well as facsimile and photocopying services.

If you are travelling with kids, cots are available for hire or children over 3 years can be comfortably accommodated on the fold out sofa bed for an additional fee.

Cairns Beach Resort Property Decription

This apartment style resort features fully self contained one bedroom apartments set amongst abundant tropical gardens making it easy to cook and clean for yourself while on holidays. On the other hand, if you would like to dine out, Holloway’s Beach has a selection of different restaurants and the only two absolute on-the-sand restaurants in the whole of Cairns; great for those sundowner drinks and cozy Tropical evenings.

Coolums on the Beach, the beachfront Restaurant & Bar, provides relaxed dining to the sounds of the waves, and there are numerous other places to eat near the Resort so you can have a complete break from cooking for the entire holiday if you wish.

Cairns Beach Resort has a lovely swimming pool with spa set amongst tropical gardens and grassy lawns. The kids will be able to play on the grass under the palm trees, perhaps while you cook up a BBQ on the complimentary barbeque facilities by the pool. Sun beds and tables are provided by the pool for your comfort on your holiday by the beach.

Holloway's Beach General Information

Holloway’s Beach is another favorite place to meet the locals that dine here regularly to celebrate special occasions. Cairns is just a short drive away or you can catch the local Sun Bus which runs every twenty minutes or so.

Cairns Beach Resort has a large lagoon style swimming pool surrounded by a terracotta pool deck decorated with pool furniture and tropical landscapes. The gazebo near the pool houses the onsite barbeque or ‘Australian outdoor kitchen’ where guests can enjoy a home cooked meal; perhaps cook up a fresh catch caught on Holloways Beach or one of the fabulous fishing trips on The Great Barrier Reef, which is famous for big Game Fishing, the most famous being Marlin Fishing.

The lovely beach at Holloway’s features swimming all year round and is a nice change to the more populated beaches further north. Kids will love the playground and resort swimming pool and adults will love the convenience and peacefulness that Cairns Beach Resort provides.
