Ellis Beach Bungalow Descriptions

The cute timber Oceanfront Bungalows come in one and two bedroom varieties and each have their own kitchens. These spacious bungalows are great for families and couples and feature extensive, uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea from their private verandahs. No need to wear shoes around here its sand underfoot everywhere.

Ellis Beach two bedroom bungalows have either a queen bed and two singles or a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. One bedroom bungalows have a queen sized bed and an optional fold away bed. All beachside bungalows have full kitchen facilities (oven, stove, microwave and fridge) are fully air-conditioned and are serviced weekly with fresh linen. The oceanfront bungalows are comfortable and rustic but truly provide some of the best ocean views in Tropical North Queensland.

Property Description

There is a refreshing salt water swimming pool and children’s wading pool located in the leisure park. There is a coin-operated barbeque area and two coin operated laundry rooms. Ellis Beach features Surf life saving patrolled safe swimming year round; just make sure to stay in between the nets during the summer months. At Ellis Beach Bungalows and Campsite there are two toilette blocks with showers, public telephones, ice machines, beach towel hire, fax and photocopy services, a camping kitchen and gasoline refills are available.

There is a small General store located in Ellis Beach where groceries such as milk, bread, newspapers and other basic items are available. Fishing tackle, phone cards and souvenirs are also available at the store and there is a small post office.

Ellis Beach Dining

Ellis Beach Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This lively little bar often draws a large crowd on weekends as roading enthusiasts often stop here for a bite to eat; most Sunday’s there is live entertainment. Ellis Beach Bar and Grill is a great place to grab a burger or a beer and mingle with both locals and tourists alike and is great value for money.
